1、 Preparation work
Confirm motor parameters
Check the motor model, rated power (e.g. 1500W), encoder type (e.g. 2500 wire incremental), and load inertia (e.g. 0.05 kg · m 2) to ensure compatibility with the driver.
Wiring requirements:
Power supply: three-phase 380V AC power.
Encoder feedback line: shielded twisted pair, grounding resistance<1 Ω.
Power on inspection
Observe the status of the driver indicator light and confirm that there are no alarm prompts.
2、 Enter parameter setting mode
Panel operation
Press the SET and MDE keys simultaneously to enter parameter interface 13.
Select the parameter group through the directional keys (such as PA group for regular parameters and DP group for monitoring parameters).

3、 Key parameter setting steps
Basic parameters

Electronic gear ratio

Gain adjustment
Position loop gain: The initial value is recommended to be 1000, gradually increasing to 1300 to avoid oscillation.
Speed loop gain: When the load inertia is large, it needs to be increased (such as from 800 to 1000).
Current loop gain: Avoid overheating the motor due to excessive current.
Operating parameters
Acceleration and deceleration time: set according to the inertia of the load (such as accelerating for 50ms and decelerating for 100ms).

Protect parameters

4、 Save and Verify

Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds until the parameter stops flashing.
To write to permanent storage, press the MDE key twice to perform the EEPRM operation.
Restore factory settings
Enter the PA group, change parameter 315 to 385, and press and hold the SET key to confirm.
It will take effect after power failure and restart.
Functional testing
Verify motor response through SR (speed test run) or JR (jog test run).

Parameter backup: It is recommended to export parameter files before making modifications.
