LDZ4系列船用电磁失电制动器为通电脱离(释放),断电弹簧制动的摩擦式制动器它主要与船用电机配套，起牵引、起重、位移及断电防险等作用。该制动器采用后释放装置，制动力矩大，功率高，适用于需要制动力大、工作频率不高的场合。

四、安装Installation
安装注意事项 Warning
●摩擦片及衔铁表面不得有油污，必须保持清洁；
Friction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and free of grease.
●安装时必须保证气隙“δ”；
When fixing, the airgap "δ" should be kept to the specified value.
●齿轮套不得有轴向窜动。
The gear hub are not allowed to move along axially.
●安装后必须旋出空心螺栓锁紧在电机后端盖或法兰盘上。
Turn the hollow bolt so that it is fixed on the bake cover or the flange plate.
